Ingredients: whey protein concentrate [(from milk), emulsi­fier (lecithins)], skimmed-milk powder, cocoa, thickener (E466), anti-caking agent (E551), salt, flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (32 g) with 200-250 ml of water or milk. Drink 1 portion before workout and second immediately after workout.
